My career in the dental field began more than 35 years ago, and I was happy to join Dr. Heinbach’s team in 2006 as his business assistant. Most times, I can be found working in our front office, where I am responsible for reception, scheduling appointments, and billing. I enjoy working with each patient, making him or her feel comfortable and welcome. I also like to assist patients with their insurance filing and financial arrangements so they can meet their dental goals.
I am originally from Salina, and moved to Arizona where I lived for eight years before moving back to my home state of Kansas. I enjoy music, art, reading, sporting events, and taking long walks with my life partner, Greg. I also love spending time with my adult son, Justin, who lives in Salina.
I am responsible for educating my patients about oral health, keeping them up to date with new products, and cleaning their teeth to make them sparkle! It is amazing to see patients become successful in reaching their oral health goals and improving their quality of life.
My husband and I are both natives of Lawrence, having graduated from LHS. Two daughters and five grandchildren live in the area. I have a great love of the outdoors and animal husbandry, reading, and sewing.
Registered Dental Hygienist
My career in dentistry began in 1990 and I joined Dr. Heinbach’s team in 2005. Since then, I’ve helped to improve and maintain my patients’ oral health by providing hygiene services and preventive education. It’s amazing to see such positive changes in our patients’ oral health and well-being when they follow our advice.
In my free time I like to be with my family. I’ve been married for 21 years to my husband Patrick, and we have a son. I stay active by teaching jazzercise and walking my dog, Chewy.
I try to make appointments run smoothly for Dr. Heinbach and help our patients feel as comfortable as possible. Our patients are wonderful people, and I enjoy helping to improve their lives with the restorative and preventive procedures we provide. I am a true “people person”!
I love being a wife, mother, and good team member. If I can succeed at these three things, I know life has been good!
I work alongside our doctors and hygiene team with patient care, as well as in the front office where I fill in when needed. Working in the dental field is very fulfilling; I know what is done at our office has a direct and positive effect on the lives of our patients.
I have been married since 2007 to my husband Travis. We have two wonderful little girls and a dog. As a family, we love the outdoors, camping, fishing, and canoeing. My husband and I also love playing coed volleyball at our local rec center.
I am one of the first people our patients meet when they come into the office, and the person they speak with on the phone. I try to be as helpful as possible when scheduling appointments to fit within our patients’ busy schedules and am able to answer many questions regarding patient accounts.
I am very family oriented and love spending time with my four grandchildren when I’m not at work. I also enjoy many outdoor activities.
Registered Dental Hygienist
My goal is to help my patients become aware of the benefits of a healthy mouth and smile. I work with each individual person to create a partnership and plan based on prevention and education to help people achieve ideal oral health and wellness.
I am married and my husband and I own a local business, Diamond Everley Roofing Contractors. We have three grown children and three grandchildren: Ethan, Isaac, and Elizabeth. I love living in the country and I garden in my free time.
My duties include assisting Dr. Heinbach with dental procedures, taking impressions and X-rays, and listening to our patients’ needs and concerns. I genuinely enjoy coming to work each day and building lasting relationships with our patients. Most of all, I appreciate the sincerity and genuine compassion our doctors have for our patients.
I have two children, both boys, who keep me very busy outside the office. My philosophy is to get up every morning and challenge myself to be a blessing to others.
I began my dental career in 2000 as an assistant and continued my education to earn my AS in dental hygiene from Johnson County Community College in 2003. Being a hygienist allows me to build relationships with different people from all walks of life, and to learn from them as much as they learn from me. Working with Drs. Heinbach and Larkin, as well as our team, has been amazing. We all treat our patients with compassion, like members of our own family, and constantly provide each other with support. I believe our patients can tell how much we all genuinely get along!
My husband Mark and I are both Lawrence High graduates. We have been married for 17 years and have three children: Jacob, Baylee, and Rylee. Our kids keep us hopping with their sports, since our two daughters play volleyball and our son plays football. We recently moved south of town and I’m currently learning how to garden and loving it! We also have two dogs: Judd is a yellow lab and Spunky is a German Shepherd.
